Part of the value our customers receive is reflected in our product prices which are extremely competitive. If, however, there is a product which you have seen elsewhere for a lower price we will match that price subject to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our price match offer is only available prior to purchase. We do not refund differences after purchases.
  2. Our offer applies only to products that are identical, in stock, are new and not damaged. It does not include goods which are on special offer or which are sold under different terms and conditions.
  3. The competitor’s price must include delivery charges and any applicable taxes.
  4. We must be able to verify the lower price based on either a web site referral or email. A verbal statement is not sufficient.

To request a price match please email the price you have seen along with the competitor’s contact details including their web site address. After reviewing your request we will reply to you via email within 1 working day to inform you if your price match application has been successful.
